About me

I’m Sonia Thomas

Executive and team coach, consultant and lecturer. Originally from Northern Ireland, based in Paris, working in English and French.

My story

I’ve spent more than 30 years working across borders: in leadership, consulting, education and global organisations. Before becoming a full-time coach in 2021, I was Chief Operating Officer of UFI, the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry. I worked closely with senior leaders, boards and international teams, so I know from the inside how complex organisational, cultural and strategic decisions can be.

I started coaching in 2019. Today I work with leaders and teams who want to strengthen their leadership, build confidence and navigate change with clarity. My approach combines real executive experience with an intercultural and systemic lens: I look at the person, the system around them and the cultures at play.
